Refund Policy

This page tells you exactly when and how a refund is available on GPLGorilla. We want it boringly clear so nobody gets surprised.

1. Individual product purchases — non-refundable

When you buy a single plugin or theme from us (the flat $3.49 per file option), the purchase is final the moment the download link is generated. We can't take back a file you've already pulled to your machine, so there's no refund on single-product orders.

If the file is genuinely broken, you're not stuck — open a Report ticket from the product page and our team will replace it, push the latest version, or credit your account. We handle this case-by-case, fast.

2. Membership / package plans — partial refund, based on usage

If you subscribed to one of our plans (Basic, Professional, Developer, Agency, Lifetime Access, or Lifetime PRO) and you decide it's not for you, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. The refund amount is prorated against how many resources you've already downloaded from your account.

The download count we use is the one shown on your account Downloads card at the moment the refund is requested.

3. Lifetime plans

Lifetime Access and Lifetime PRO are also covered by the 7-day window with the same usage-based prorate. After 7 days they're non-refundable — the value of a lifetime plan accrues over many years of releases, and that's not something we can pull back.

4. How to request a refund

1. Open a ticket from your account, choose type "General message".
2. Include the order number (from Orders) and a sentence on why you're requesting.
3. We process refunds back to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Chargebacks initiated without giving us a chance to resolve cost both of us money and may result in account closure plus forfeiture of any downloaded files' continued availability. We're real humans and we'll fix real problems — talking to us is faster.

6. Currency & processing

All amounts are in USD. Refunds are issued in USD; your bank's exchange rate at the time of the refund decides what arrives in your local currency. Payment-processor fees (Stripe, PayPal) on the original transaction are not refundable but they're already on us.

7. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the new version applies only to orders placed after the update — anything you bought under an earlier version keeps those terms. The latest revision date is shown at the bottom of this page.
