Description
Combining data from different types into one longer entry, se joins. Multiple forms that share field values are related.
Accessible only under the All Access License
Link several forms with Gravity Forms that share field values.
If you have two forms that share values (e.g., both forms can contain the email address, phone number, name, state, etc. of a person), you may combine them and display data from both forms in one view!
Multiple Ways Join
Two modes for viewing related values are provided by the plugin:
Display all entries from Form A, irrespective of whether there is content in the Form B sector.
A table for Form A and Form B. All rows of Form A are shown. Some of the Type B cells have material, others do not.
Show only the Form A entries that have values in Form B.
Form A and Form B tables. Form A rows are shown only where the contents of Form B cells are present.
Apps that are coming to the plugin soon
This is a phased rollout of the Multiple Forms feature. We’re working rapidly to get this feature added.
In future updates, this feature is coming:
Instead of combining the forms into one row, display a row for each entry from each form. Developers: As well as the existing participants, the plugin will support labor unions.
Check for unique fields on related forms (only ‘Search All Fields’ and parent form fields are currently searchable)
Add Advanced Filtering extension support for the joined fields
Connect forms based on the linked type values (not just values from the parent form)
